Contestant Gets Painfully Friend Zoned On Let's Make A Deal

Plenty of guys have been friend-zoned, and while it stings a bit, they are able to move on from it without much collateral damage since the rejection typically happens through a text, an email, or at least in private. However, for one contestant on Let's Make A Deal, that wasn't the case, and he wound up getting epically friend-zoned on a TV show that airs across the country. 

Host Wayne Brady was talking with a man named Steve and his companion, Jessie. He figured they were a couple but when Wayne asked them how long they've been together, their answers differed. Then things got really uncomfortable for Steve. 

Things might get even more awkward for the non-couple because they wound up winning a trip to Mexico together. Maybe Jessie will get to know Steve a little better South of the Border and change her mind, or maybe Steve will meet someone new in Mexico - either way it made for great TV!
