{DWI} Webster Woman Charged in Fatal Accident

Webster, NY -- A Webster woman has been charged with DWI and vehicular manslaughter in a head-on crash that killed another driver. 

It happened shortly before 3 p.m. Monday on Empire Boulevard, at Gravel Road. 

Police say Lindsay Szuba drove across the center line, and her vehicle hit the vehicle driven by Webster resident Roger Cook.

He died at Strong Hospital.

Szuba and a passenger were injured.
