Jay-Z's hustle is never-ending. The rapper-turned-mogul is continuing to show us this with his new money move.  According to Variety, Roc Nation has launched a television division.

That news is major. But, there's another big reveal. The entertainment outlet also adds that Hov nabbed Weinstein Company's exec VP and co-head of the television department Patrick Reardon. What a classic touch! "As Roc Nation’s exec VP of scripted and unscripted television, Reardon will be responsible for building and running the TV department, focusing on developing and producing premium scripted and unscripted content," Variety claims. "Reardon is a veteran producer and executive who had served as exec VP and co-head of Weinstein Co.’s TV department since 2015."

Reardon is definitely excited about his new workplace. He issued a statement to Variety that read: “Roc Nation is such an influential and dynamic company. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with them as they expand their brand into television.”

A few of Roc Nation's TV/film projects include Time: The Kalief Browder Story and the upcoming Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story docu-series. JAY-Z served as executive producer on both projects. From the way the mogul's TV/film ventures are going, we can already see that it's going to be another major success to add to JAY's already extensive business catalog. Time: The Kalief Browder Story has even recently won a peabody award.

Here's to JAY-Z's brand new Roc Nation television division and the OG bringing more meaningful stories on our screens.
