Kevin Hart had a scary moment when his private jet landed in Boston on Thursday (May 3).
Along with some of his close friends, Hart was flying into the city for the basketball game against the Boston Celtics and his hometown team, the Philadelphia 76ers. However, when his plane landed at Boston Logan International Airport, one of the tires on Hart's private jet blew.
“God is Good with a capital G…Had our first serious Airplane scare today. Our planes tire busted on one side as we were landing and s— got real for a second,” Hart captioned a photo of himself and friends Na’im Lynn, Spank Horton and John Burgandee; after the scary moment.
“No body was harmed…Our pilot handled the situation perfectly. Once again God is GOOD!!!!” he continued. “#Blessed ….P.S you Can tell that spank is still shaken up by the way he is posing 😂😂😂.”
In an official statement to PEOPLE, the Federal Aviation Administration said that "a Gulfstream IV aircraft landed at Boston Logan International Airport at 3:29 pm and blew a left main gear tire."
It continued: "Passengers were deplaned by stairs and the aircraft was towed to the ramp. The runway was closed temporarily to make sure all debris was cleared."
We're glad that Hart and his friends weren't harmed, during the accident. As many of us are well aware of, the comedian's alleged extortionist turned out to be one of his closest friends Jonathan Jackson. But, the star is still smiling and living his best life with his true homies and supporters.
