Ivy League Student Presents Honors Thesis In Her Underwear

A senior at Cornell University delivered her honors thesis in her underwear, and says she did so to "stand against oppressive beliefs and discrimination".

Letitia Chai says the gesture was a demonstration against a professor who had criticized her clothing during a trial run earlier in the week.  She says the professor, who is female, told Chai her shorts were "too short" and would attract men's attention away from her presentation.

About two dozen other students also stripped to their underwear in solidarity during Chai's presentation.

Do you think Chai's professor was over the line criticizing her clothing?  Is this another example of college "snowflakes" making too big a deal of things?
