Trump Approves New Venezuela Sanctions

President Donald Trump is endorsing new economic sanctions against Venezuela.  Trump signed new sanctions one day after Venezuela's socialist President Nicolas Maduro won elections widely panned as fraudulent.  The sanctions stopped short of clamping down on the South American country's oil industry but they severely limit Venezuela's ability to liquidate its assets.  Trump says the executive order he signed yesterday will stop Venezuela's government from running what he called fire sales of assets.
