Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-husband Isaiah Silva is suing his ex’s mother only weeks after finally settling their divorce.

Silva’s estrangement from Frances Bean, the daughter of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, lasted about as long as the couple’s marriage. But despite the brevity of their matrimony, as a result of the settlement Silva is the proud owner of Cobain’s priceless acoustic guitar used during Nirvana’s 1993 MTV Unplugged performance.

But that guitar almost got him killed, he says in a new lawsuit against Love and others.

TMZ reports that Silva claims that in June of 2016, several people including Britney Spears’ former manager Sam Lutfi entered his home in the wee hours of the morning, claiming to be police officers. Once inside, the men allegedly roughed up Silva and his mother.

He claims that during one point in the ordeal, Lutfi grabbed his genitals, called him a homophobic slur and threatened to rape him. "Listen, fa***t, calm the f*** down or we'll drag you upstairs and take turns f****** you," Silva claims Lutfi said to him.

Elsewhere in the lawsuit, Silva claims Lutfi also helped enable Frances Bean and Love’s drug habits. Silva is seeking unspecified damages.

The guitar was a point of contention throughout the divorce settlement between Silva and Frances Bean. Silva claimed the instrument was a wedding gift; Frances Bean and Love disagreed. In an agreement signed this spring, Frances Bean gave up the guitar in exchange for not having to pay spousal support.
