Local Voices On May 27th, 2018: Rose Festival Starlight Parade and Run

One of the most popular events at the Rose Festival is the Starlight Run and Starlight Parade. Run registration proceeds go to benefit Playworks Northwest, a nonprofit which partners with schools to foster safe and inclusive playground activity during recess.
