R&B singer Miguel captivated audiences with his December 2017 release of War & Leisure, and the bilingual star has an upcoming project that is certain to keep the dance floor moving.

Miguel joined KIIS FM's Jesse Lozano and JoJo Wright backstage at iHeartRadio's Wango Tango on Saturday, revealing that he is close to finishing a Spanish version of War & Leisure.

"We're almost done with it," Miguel said. "We just shot the video for the first single in Spanish. The song is called "Banana Clip", and it's one of my favorite songs on the album. I'm super excited for everyone to hear it. It's actually better in Spanish almost."

Miguel also discussed which artists are currently on his personal playlist, and what the support of the fans means to him as an artist.

"To all my fans, regardless of orientation, regardless of ethnicity, regardless of where you come from and what you believe in, I just want to say thank you," Miguel said.
