A man at Mile High Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar in Denver, Colorado was shot in the leg after an off-duty FBI agent accidentally discharged his firearm while dancing early Saturday morning. Video captured the agent dancing as a crowd of people watched around 12:45 am. As he did a backflip his gun fell from his holster and landed on the floor. When the agent went to retrieve his weapon it went off, striking a patron in the leg. The FBI agent then picked up his weapon and tucked it the gun in the back of his pants.

Police spokesman Sonny Jackson said that the unnamed agent was arrested and taken to Denver Police Headquarters. He was released into the custody of his FBI supervisor. Police said that the homicide unit is investigating the incident and the Denver District Attorney’s Office will determine what charges will be filed.

The man who was shot was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
