Disney Child Actor Arrested Displaying Massive Raven Symone Tattoo

Disney child actor, Orlando Brown, has been arrested AGAIN. The former That's So Raven actor has come under fire in recent years for his outlandish behavior on social media and in cuffs. E News reports, Brown was arrested in Las Vegas and booked on one charge of felony narcotics possession, as well as misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and obstructing a public officer. 

Sad story, but what makes this our mugshot of the week is the adorable(?) photo he recently inked into this chest of a young Raven Symone. Looks sort of like the days she spent on The Cosby Show. Interesting tattoo choice considering the two have a strained relationship.
