Upside-Down Bikini And Barbie Feet Are The Latest Instagram Trends

From feather eyebrows to divorce selfies to nude yoga, you never know what might be the next trend on Instagram. Well a couple new ones have just formed, and according to some people, there are a lot of benefits to them. The first is called "Barbie feet" and can be seen in plenty of models' and celebs' feeds.

"Barbie feet" has to do with striking a pose where you balance on the balls of your feet, as if you are wearing a pair of heels, mimicking the look of the famous doll's feet. Anyone who wears heels know how they can make your legs look longer and slimmer, and it turns out, pretending to wear the shoes has the same effect. Kendall Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Victoria Justice and Bella Hadid are just a few of the people who've stumbled onto the secret of "Barbie feet."

The other new trend can also be seen in a lot of shots by the beach since it has to do with swimwear. It's the upside-down bikini look. It was started by Italian model Valentina Fradegrada, who pointed out that by wearing a halter-neck bikini top upside-down, women can give their boobs a little lift and also show off a lot more cleavage.

There is a downside to the upside-down bikini though - wearing your swimsuit the wrong way could mean that when you get hit by a wave you could very easily lose your top.
