Texas police have arrested the man who was recorded throwing a drink in the face of a teenager and stealing his red "Make America Great Again" hat. University City police took 30-year-old Kino Jimenez into custody without incident. He was charged with felony theft and was released on $5,000 bond.

Jimenez allegedly ripped a hat off 16-year-old Richard Hunter's head as the teen enjoyed a late night meal at Whataburger with a friend. Jimenez was upset that the hat supported President Donald Trump. While tearing off Hunter's hat, Jimenez wound up pulling some of the teen's hair. He also threw a large drink in Richard's face before walking out of the restaurant.

Jimenez was fired from his part-time job at a local bar and kicked out of the Green Party after the video went viral.
