Ariana Grande Defends Justin Bieber's Fast Engagement & Scooter Braun

Ariana Grande has no time for your criticism about fast engagements or comments about Scooter Braun's management skills -- speaking on her behalf and Justin Bieber's. 

Like Ariana and her now fiancé Pete Davidson, Justin and his now fiancée Hailey Baldwin also got engaged a few weeks after dating, with both engagements not far apart. Some fans began wondering if both Ari and Justin's manager, Scooter Braun, had anything to do with it, but Grande has assured one fan in particular that is not the case.

Right after news of the Bieber/Baldwin engagement broke, one fan tweeted, "First Ariana get engaged to Pete Davidson and now Justin Bieber to Hailey Baldwin...the devil works hard but Scooter Braun works harder." 

In a now-deleted tweet, Ariana came to the defense of Justin and Scooter and replied, "You do realize we are human beings who love and have lives...right...? And that Scooter is a wonderful human being too who cares first n foremost ab our health and happiness?" She added, "Love is lit. S*** happens. I hope to God it happens to you too. U deserve it."

And in response to a fan clarifying the original tweet, writing, "it was just a stan twitter joke, we stan and love scooter," Ari responded, "okay okay be nice to that man. he's wonderful. and very human. always puts his artists' health and happiness first."

During the Jailey engagement news, Scooter was in Italy where he attended a wedding.

Justin popped the question to Hailey Baldwin after a few weeks of their rekindled romance. The pair have been friends for a while, and were romantically linked at one time, however recently things picked up steam as they were spotted out together, showing off some major PDA.

Similarly, Ariana and Pete had known each other for years, but news of their relationship broke not long after Davidson asked Grande to marry him.
