Report: Spurs to receive Jacob Poeltl as part of Kawhi trade

Jacob Poeltl was among the players named in a trade that sends Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green from the Spurs to the Toronto Raptors.  In addition to Poeltl, the Spurs would get All-Star DeMar DeRozan and a protected 2019 first-round pick.

Toronto's first-round pick to San Antonio is a protected 1-20 selection. After one year, it becomes two second-round picks.

Poeltl was the 9th pick in the first round of the 2016 draft. The 22-year-old center from Austria played college basketball at the University of Utah.
