The White House says President Donald Trump didn't mean to say "no" to a question about Russia Wednesday.  White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said Trump was saying "no" to answering questions from reporters.  During a White House photo-op, a reporter asked Trump if Russia is still targeting U.S. elections.  He said "no" and then argued that no president has been tougher on Russia than he has.  Meantime, Sanders insisted that the White House is working very hard to prevent any interference in November's midterm elections.  She also said Trump has made it very clear to Russian President Vladimir Putin to stay out of U.S. elections.
