Why Does Halsey Bring Cat Litter On The Road With Her?

Halsey made some interesting confessions about herself during a recent interview with Benny Blanco. For example, she keeps a garbage can filled with cat litter in case of number one emergencies if you know what we mean.

"Have you ever had to s**t while on stage?" Blanco asks the "Bad at Love" star in the seven-minute video clip, to which she denies ever feeling the urge during a show. And yet, she did admit that she's had to pee at times. "I've peed during my show before. I've pissed myself during a show," she admitted.

When asked if there's any proper equipment involved to make relieving herself any easier, Halsey revealed she has a rather unconventional way of using the restroom: "I just run backstage, pull my leotard to the side, and piss in a garbage can — or a kitty litter box." Curious, the wacky record producer continues, "You have a traveling kitty litter box?" to which the 23-year-old elucidated with a smirk, "Yeah, it's for glamping."

This wasn't the only sound bite of note from the "Strangers" star's sit down. After being questioned whether she's ever cheated on anyone, it took a cough and a cool pause before she flatly denied being dishonest with a lover. "No … I've been cheated on a lot," she answered. "So, I try not to do that to people."

For those not up to speed on the alt-pop songbird’s dating history, Halsey dated G-Eazy for a year before they broke up earlier this month, presumably due to the "No Limit" rapper's alleged unfaithfulness.
