Boy Killed In Accident On Bike Trail

(Bristol, RI)  --  A boy is dead after being hit by a vehicle in Bristol on Tuesday.  Rhode Island State Police say the boy, who multiple media outlets report was a six-year-old, was riding a bicycle crossing a road on the East Bay Bike Path when he was hit at around 3:30 p.m.  The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at Hasbro Children's Hospital.  The driver is listed as a 21-year-old woman from Canton, Connecticut.
