‘Riverdale’ Star Lili Reinhart Sends Boyfriend Cole Sprouse Birthday Wishes

Lili Reinhart sent her bae and Riverdale co-star Cole Sprouse the sweetest, most hilarious birthday wishes ever. The actor best known for his role as Jughead on the CW series received not one, but two special shout-outs from his girlfriend in honor of his 26th birthday on Saturday (August 4).

In a Twitter post, the 21-year-old actress, who portrays Betty Cooper on Riverdale, shared a photo of Sprouse alongside an image of Meghan Markle (with whom he also shares a birthday) with the humorous caption, "Happy birthday to the princess, and also to Meghan Markle."

Reinhart later sent an even mushier, lovey-dovey tribute to her boyfriend on Instagram. "It seems as if the world would still be a stranger to me, if not for you," inscribed the b-day message along with a cute pic of Sprouse caught off-guard while sitting on a ledge. "I'm so thankful that our paths intertwined to form this beautiful adventure. Happy birthday, my love."

This public display of affection signifies Reinhart and Sprouse's long-awaited Instagram official status as a twosome. The post has already received more than 3 million likes on the platform, including from Sprouse himself and the duo's Riverdale castmates KJ Apa, Camila Mendes and Vanessa Morgan. "I love you guys," Morgan commented on the post with a cry face and tons of heart emojis.

Before now, the lovebirds, aptly dubbed "Bughead" for their on-screen affair, had been keeping their relationship quiet until they were caught kissing and caressing in Paris back in April. The two later went official after hitting the 2018 Met Gala together in May.
