Justin Bieber & Hailey Baldwin Hit Canada For Ice Cream Date

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin looked to be in happier spirits this weekend when the soon-to-be-married couple whisked off to Canada for some frosty treats this Saturday (August 11).

The "Cold Water" musician and the 21-year-old model were photographed looking far more pleased as they hit the town of Stratford, Ontario for a fun-filled excursion with Bieber's younger siblings, who tagged along on the duo's ice cream date before the gang set off in a Dodge pickup truck.

From the looks of it, the getaway seemed much-needed for the Canadian superstar, who recently suffered somewhat of a teary-eyed meltdown earlier this week as Baldwin was seen mitigating Bieber's stress after their Citibike outing in New York.

We covered the story of his mysterious breakdown as it occurred when photogs caught sight of a crying Bieber being comforted by his wife-to-be. The waterworks continued into the afternoon as Baldwin, too, was pictured in tears at a Tribeca restaurant, calling the 24-year-old to caress the runway star's face as she sobbed. 

As the crooner later explained to TMZ, his day hadn't been going as planned: "You got good days and you got bad days. It's not real if it doesn't got any bad days." It's still unclear what onset the couple's mutual moment of weakness… perhaps the stress of planning Young Hollywood's most anticipated wedding of, like, ever, maybe?

Days after, though, the duo resurfaced on the streets of New York all smiles and less red-eyed as they visited a local beautician to have Bieber's ever-growing locks trimmed down.
