President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani is raising some eyebrows with his use of some legalese. On NBC's Meet The Press, Giuliani declared the "truth isn't  truth" when asked whether Trump should testify in Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation.  Giuliani tried to explain how Trump may get caught in a perjury trap and said "when you tell me he should testify because he's going to tell the truth - that's so silly because it's somebody's version of the truth, not the truth."

When asked whether simply "truth is truth," Giuliani said "No it isn't truth," adding "truth isn't truth."
