Family Gets Billed Over $13,000 For Roaming Fees While Overseas

This family San Jose, California came back from a family reunion in Vietnam to a very high cell phone bill! T-Mobile had charged $13,470 for internet access on their son's iPhone. However... the family says there's no way this could be true because the phone was on airplane mode.
The son, Nicholas, admitted to playing chess on his phone but swears it was in airplane mode!
