David Blaine Stuns Pharrell, Alicia Keys & More With Magic At Yellow Ball

Alicia Keys, Charlie Puth and Lauren Jauregui were just some of the faces at Pharrell Williams' Yellow Ball event, an American Express-hosted affair dedicated to supporting Young Audiences Arts for Learning, on Monday night (September 10).

Held at the Brooklyn Museum, the star-studded fundraiser featured Williams as host, with Missy Elliott, A$AP Ferg, and DJ Stretch Armstrong serving as performers for the evening. However, some unworldly entertainment also went down in the dining area as David Blaine impressed the audience with tricks involving everything from a frog to a deck of cards. Among the other guests in attendance included Swizz Beatz, Pharrell's wife Helen Lasichanh, Shay Haley, Chad Hugo, June Ambrose, Billie Eilish, Halston Sage, and Coco Rocha.

"This is all about giving back to the kids. Research has told us that when kids get to experience arts, whether that’s photography, whether that’s drawing, whether that’s sculpture, whether that’s writing poetry, that they’re gonna do better in school," American Express Chief Marketing Officer Elizabeth Rutledge said in a statement. "They're gonna be inspired to do better in school and to do better in their life. That’s what this is all about."
