RIBBON CUTTING VIDEO: Rapper Gives Renovated Home To Harvey Victim

(Houston, TX) -- A Harvey victim is now a homeowner, thanks to a Houston rapper. Slim Thug, whose real name is Stayve Jerome Thomas, promised last month he would give a renovated home to a family displaced by the floods.
On Wednesday, each of the ten finalist families was given a box. One of the boxes contained the house keys. The home's winner, Wendy Villalba, says she picked box number 10 because her birthday is October 10th.
The other nine families each got a gift of two-thousand-dollars.
