The clock is ticking for The Game.
According to TMZ, the 38-year-old rapper has been given 48 hours to answer to the sexual assault lawsuit he lost nearly two years ago — hate it or love it.
The case stems from charges pressed by Priscilla Rainey, one of the women who appeared as a contestant on the "Pest Control" emcee's VH1 reality show She's Got Game.
In her $10 million-dollar lawsuit from 2015, Rainey alleged that Game, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, was uncontrollably intoxicated when he forcibly reached his hand inside her dress and groped her genitals. He ultimately lost that case the following year and was ordered to pay $7 million.
However, Game has evidently been evading the court's orders, including the federal judge's request for his financial paperwork, which he's yet to fork over.
Now there's a warrant out for his arrest. Per reports from celebrity gossip outlet, the judge is giving the Compton performer until Friday (October 5) to hand over those documents or the U.S. Marshals will be after him.
This new story comes just days after The Blast learned Rainey subpoenaed to get financial details about Game's marijuana business, Tress By Game LLC.
