XXXTentacion's mother, Cleopatra Bernard, has teamed up with artist Bankrupt for one special (and somewhat morbid) raffle experience.
On Sunday (September 30), Bankrupt announced the partnership, which will benefit the late rapper's non-profit organization, the XXX Foundation, which is used to benefit multiple charities and families in need. The grand prize winner of the raffle will take home a one-of-a-kind memorial painting done by Bankrupt and a paid trip to South Florida to visit X's mausoleum with his mother. "We partnered up and came up with a way to raise some money for X’s nonprofit foundation that will be used on multiple charities and families in need," the artist says in an announcement video.
Raffle tickets are currently available at $5.30 per piece, with discounts given to those who wish to purchase in packages of 5, 10, 50, and 100. If you want to get into the mix, make sure you snag your ticket before midnight on October 7. The winner will be chosen live on the @artbybankrupt Instagram next Wednesday (October 10) at 7:00 PM. XXXTentacion was fatally shot on June 18 in Florida. According to Broward County sheriff's authorities, the rapper was ambushed by two men after he left a motorcycle store in his electronic BMW. He was also reportedly robbed of a Louis Vuitton bag. Eyewitnesses revealed that the robbers shot him and fled the scene of the crime in a black SUV. He was only 20-years-old.
