Time's up for The Game.
A warrant has officially been issued for the 38-year-old rapper's arrest after he was given 48 hours to show up in court to answer why he hasn’t turned over his financial information to Priscilla Rainey, who won $7.1 million after suing him for sexual assault in 2015. According to Bossip, U.S. Marshals are set to arrest Game, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, at his "Wild 'N Out Live" tour stop on Friday (October 5) in Portland, Oregon.
As previously reported, the warrant, which was delayed until Friday (October 5), was executed after a judge found Game in contempt of court for failing to appear for a hearing in his sexual assault case earlier this week. According to The Blast, The "End Game" rapper claimed he was too busy to show up, citing his contractual obligations during the month of October as the reason why.
Priscilla, who was a contestant on Game’s VH1 reality show “She’s Got Game,” claimed that during production, the "How We Do" rapper sexually assaulted her by forcibly reaching his hand up her dress to rub her bare genitals. A jury awarded her $7 million in damages. However, Game has reportedly refused to turn over his financial documents, despite multiple court orders.
