Grab your tissues because this one is emotional! Keith Urban tugged at fans’ heartstrings this week when he surprised his 25-year-old “number one fan,” who will soon be entering hospice, according to local media.

The country superstar paid Marissa English a visit at Mercy Health Children’s Hospital in Toledo, Ohio, after nurses began a social media campaign to get Keith’s attention before his Grafitti U World Tour stop there on Thursday (10/18). English, who suffers from an inoperable cyst in her brain, cerebral palsy and severe scoliosis, had purchased tickets to the show but was unable to attend. Keith made her dream come true by performing “Blue Ain’t Your Color” in her hospital room and inviting her family to the show. He later dedicated the concert to English.

Watch the singer’s full performance for English below. The Grafitti U World Tour rolls on with stops next in Michigan, Kentucky and Ohio.
