Back when Friends was the most popular sitcom airing on television, Jennifer Aniston inspired tons of famous to get the same exact haircut. The now iconic style came to be known as "The Rachel," and it turns out Aniston actually kind of hated it. She made this shocking revelation while making a speech honoring her longtime friend and stylist Chris McMillan at the 2018 InStyle Awards.

"I got that haircut and was like, ‘Wow this is amazing,’ and then I was totally left with this frizzy mop on my head, because I had no idea how to do what he did," the 49-year-old actress teased her close friend, who won the Hairstylist of the Year Award. "Nobody seems to know how to do what Chris does. And I figured out that’s called creating job security."

Aniston even made a subtle reference to the beloved sitcom that made her and her hairstyles household names during her speech. "Aside from all of the amazing work that we’ve done, the jobs, the trends, the hairstyles that we’ve created, the things that always meant the most to me is how much you’ve always been there for me and I’ve been there for you," Aniston said citing the song's catchy theme song. "We literally saved each other lives and hearts many, many, many times, and I mean that literally and figuratively."

Even though Aniston didn't love "The Rachel" as much of the rest of the world, she sure does love her hairstylist. Having a BFF as your hairstylist definitely comes in handy, too. Can you remember a time when Aniston had a bad hair day, like, ever? I can't. Looks like we've figured out her beauty secret...
