It’s a record-breaking week for Luke Combs as he celebrates a Billboard #1 with his latest single, “She Got The Best Of Me.”

Luke debuted his deluxe album, ‘This One’s For You’ on June 1st which also provided three other powerhouse number one singles, “Hurricane,” “When It Rains It Pours,” and “One Number Away.”

“She Got The Best Of Me,” was co-written by Combs, Rob Snyder, and Channing Wilson and marks another milestone for Luke naming him as the first solo performer to have all four singles from an album rise to the coveted pinnacle position on the Billboard chart.

Luke told Cody Alan that his strategy when picking singles was simple, “We recorded 20 songs back in January. There were a bunch that we naturally gravitated toward and just started playing out, and all the fans were asking for these 5 songs. So, why not just put out what the people want to hear?”

Luke will be putting his newfound success to the test as we enter the CMA Awards season where he is nominated for “Male Vocalist of the Year” and “New Artist of the Year.” Not too shabby for Combs who just celebrated his four-year anniversary of moving to Nashville from North Carolina.
