Won't. He. Do. It.

Chris Brown is getting along so well with his four-year-old daughter Royalty's mother, Nia Guzman, that he's agreed to "significantly" increase his child support payments, TMZ reports.

A source told the site that the co-parents have been in mediation for months and it's worked out so well that Chris and Nia are just about to iron out their new and improved child support deal. While the "Freaky Friday" singer has been paying Nia around $2,500 per month, she is expected to receive a "significant" increase in the new deal. According to an insider, it won't be the $21K per month she's asking for, but it will be somewhere in that ballpark.

That's not all. Chris has also reportedly agreed to pay Nia's legal fees (which come to about $100K) and buy her a house! (Yes, a whole h-o-m-e!)

Back in September, Chris argued against having to increase his child support payments by saying he didn't want his daughter to be spoiled. "Providing a four-year-old with everything she demands could be harmful and is not in her best interest," he said in court documents. He additionally stated that he pays $6000-per-month for Nia's private school, covers her medical expenses, and pays for her nanny, who is Nia's mother.

Chris has previously claimed that Nia tries to use him as a "meal ticket" by using their little girl as a pawn. However, with a new child support deal in the works, it looks like Chris and Nia have finally found a happy middle ground.
