Taylor Swift Rips Off Fake Eyelashes During Rained Out Australian Concert
November 3, 2018
Taylor Swift is a pro on-stage even when she's all glammed up with fake eyelashes, as per her recent Sydney, Australia stop of her "reputation Stadium Tour."
In fan-shot footage of the moment, the 28-year-old star is seen drenched in rain when she removes both eyelashes during her performance of "Don't Blame Me." The best part of it all was the move came off rather smooth as the pop titan strutted towards the audience at ANZ Stadium. "FULL RAIN SHOW TONIGHT IN SYDNEY," she later wrote on Instagram. "We had the absolute time of our LIVES with you. It poured consistently for the first 90% of the show and we all got to jump around together in a storm, what a dream. Love you guys."
Swift kicked off the Australian leg of the trek in mid-October and next up for the massive tour are stops in New Zealand and Japan. Click here for a full list of tour dates!
Earlier this week, Swift issued her Democratic endorsement via Instagram, urging her Swifties to get out and vote in next week's midterm elections on Tuesday. In her post, she used her voice to champion for Tennessee congressional candidates Phil Bredesen with a PSA. "These two Tennessee women voted for the candidate who has proven himself to be reasonable and trustworthy," she captioned the patriotic pic. "We want leadership, not fear-based extremism. Early voting goes 'til Thursday and Election Day is November 6. Please don’t sit this one out."
