The deadly Woolsey Fire in Southern California is now 100% contained.  Cal Fire reported it had contained the blaze that killed three people and destroyed more than 1,600 homes.  The fire is still burning, but is now limited in how much further it can go.  It burned nearly 97,000 acres in Ventura and Los Angeles counties.  With the fire under control the biggest concern now is mudslides.  With no vegetation on mountains to keep the soil in place, it is much more likely to cause a slide if there are heavy rains.
