There's nothing quite like a big sister coming to her little sister's defense.

On Tuesday (December 4), Demi Lovato's older sister Dallas Lovato called out body-shamers who have heartless attacked the "Sober" singer since her return from rehab last month.

"To all the f**king tabloids that are out there right now that are calling my sister fat, go f**k yourself because she is the most beautiful, strong person that I have ever met in my entire life," Dallas said in an expletive-filled Instagram Live video. "And everyone: Why are you making my sister's body the topic of your conversation? Go f**k yourself. I'm sorry, my sister is beautiful, she's alive, she's conquering a lot of really hard sh*t so, bye."

Demi completed a 90-day stint in rehab in November after suffering a near-fatal drug overdose in July. However, almost immediately following her release from the treatment facility, Internet trolls body-shamed the "Confident" singer about her weight. While Demi never responded to their hurtful comments her fans (like her sister Dallas) came to her defense, telling all her haters to "shut the f**k up!"

The "Sorry Not Sorry" singer though seems unbothered by the comments made about her body. She recently shared a photo of her after a jiu-jitsu workout with the caption: "sweaty, messy jiu jitsu hair." She also included the hashtags blue belt and never give up.

As previously reported, the 26-year-old singer was found unconscious by paramedics in her home on July 24. The singer reportedly overdosed after crushing Oxy pills and smoking them. Demi spent 10 days in a hospital before entering a treatment facility.
