Kim Kardashian Says Kourtney Kardashian Is Most Likely To Sue Her

Kim Kardashian has been known to butt heads with her sisters from time to time, but her ongoing feud with Kourtney Kardashian has taken center stage this year. Not only did Kim call her older sister "the least exciting to look at" she's also called Kourt "the most boring" on recent episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Well, Kim took her thesaurus along to an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! because she's now calling her sister "ruthless," as well. 

During a segment called "3 Ridiculous Questions," Kim had to answer, well, 3 ridiculous questions. Jimmy Kimmel asked Kim to reveal which of her sisters would be the most likely to sue her. The question turned out to be not that ridiculous, after all. After calling Kourtney "ruthless" Kim pointed out that her older sister has, in fact, threatened to sue her before. 

Kim is, of course, referring to their squabble over her iPhone game Kim Kardashian: Hollywood. When Kim started to use Kourtney's avatar in the game, Kourtney threatened Kim with a cease and desist letter because she wanted more money. "When I used her character in a video game. And I paid her. But yeah—she wanted more," Kim explained to Jimmy. 

When KUWTK covered the debacle on the show, Kim was a bit more, um, colorful when talking about Kourtney's resistance:

"It's ridiculous for you to just not do that for me as a favor, because I've done so much for you. And for Scott to call me and say, 'You should buy her a pair of shoes to put her character in the game'—I'm like, 'Buy her a pair of shoes? All the sh*t I've done for her? I'm not buying her a f*cking pair of shoes. I bought her a f*cking career!'"

The sisters were ultimately able to come to an agreement over the game without legal assistance, but it's clear Kim learned an important lesson: Kourtney is so not afraid to go there.
