Celebs Share Starbucks Gift Cards On Twitter For #PayItForward Challenge

Mark Ruffalo is in the giving spirit this holiday season and he's challenging other celebrities to follow his lead. The Avengers actor shared a virtual Starbucks gift card on Twitter so that his followers could enjoy their favorite drink on him as a special holiday gesture. He also tagged some friends, including Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., and Zendaya, challenging them to add more money to the card or even start their own gift card for their followers.

"I was so inspired by your generous spirit during the #PayItForwardChallenge last year that I want to do it again this holiday season!" he wrote on Twitter alongside the gift card. 

All you have to do is show the barcode from Ruffalo's tweet when you're ordering at your local Starbucks in order to redeem a free coffee. If you're also in the giving mood, you can add money to the gift card. 

Zendaya was happy to join in on the generosity, replying "this is awesome, done and done," to Ruffalo. She then shared her own $100 gift card.
