FINDLAY, Ohio - Two employees of the Hancock County Engineers office have resigned after a racist video of the two had surfaced.
WTOL 11 reports the employees, Owen Stewart and Jacob Dick, resigned after they were confronted with the video's existence.
Hancock County Engineer Douglas Cade says his office had received multiple complaints about the video. It contained racial slurs and a doll that had been painted black hung from a ceiling fan.
