It was absolutely FREEZING during the first annual Roc City Classic in New York City's famous Madison Square Park. But Kanye West and his crew turned the heat all the way up with some amazing performances.
After Power 105.1's Angie Martinez introduced Kanye and friends, the first person to come out was Travi$ Scott, followed by Yeezy himself. Kanye made all of Madison Square Park go crazy, as he ripped into hisYEEZUS track "Black Skinhead."
Then one by one, the concert continued as artists like Pusha T, 2 Chainz, and Big Sean joined him — everyone was roc-ing the new Yeezys, of course.
Although there were zero Kanye West rants during the show, at one point in the night, Kanye brought out rapper Fetty Wap, calling him one of his new favorite artists right now. Fetty performed his hit song "Trap Queen." And not only does Kanye think he's a great new artist ... apparently Jay Z does too.
Fetty posted an Instagram clip of Jay Z getting totally into it. He captioned the quick video, "I may not be the best … you may not like my music but you won't ever forget "Fetty Wap" s/o to Hov x@beyonce for rockin with me at Rock City earlier tonight."
But back to Beyonce — she was indeed there, enjoying the Roc City Classic right from in front of the stage ... especially when Big Sean hit the stage (who brought down the house with his performance of "IDFWU") ... he totally serenaded her (as one does).
Big Sean also performed his new track "Blessing" off his new album Dark Sky Paradise, which also features Drake (who was also there taking in the concert) and Kanye West. And when it came time for Kanye to rap his part, the music stopped and he did it a cappella ... and it was INCREDIBLE.
Kanye finished out the night with his track "Only One."
