Is Dave Grohl Collaborating With Jeremy Renner?

We've heard of some interesting collaborations, but this one might take the cake.
As Page Six reports, Jeremy Renner was recently spotted chatting up Foo Fighters' frontman Dave Grohl during the On the Record at Park MGM’s opening party in Las Vegas.
“They were talking about getting together and writing some music,” said a spy.
Though seemingly out of left field, the Avengers star is actually quite the musician. He plays keyboard, guitar, and drums, and reportedly showed off his singing skills at the event when he belted out Alicia Keys' "New York State of Mind" at one of the new club's three hidden karaoke bars.
This isn't the first time we've heard of Renner's musical prowess either. Back in 2015, sources told the outlet that the actor was busy recording an album.
“Jeremy said he’s been singing every day for the last few weeks. And he’s planning to release an album.” His rep told Page Six at the time. “He is recording, but [there’s] no date or plans as to when this might be released.”
Though we're not sure to what capacity the stars discussed future plans, we would love to see a Dave Grohl/Jeremy Renner collaboration. Maybe 2019 will grant us that wish?
