Senator Elizabeth Warren Proposes 'Wealth Tax'

Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren is planning to propose a "wealth tax" on the richest Americans.  An economist who advises her told CNBC today the tax would only apply to those with more than $50,000,000 in assets.  Warren is among the growing field of Democrats to announce 2020 bids for the White House.  She will officially unveil the plan today, but gave some details on the news last night.
