Fetty Wap and Alexis Skyy can finally breathe a sigh of relief after enduring a parent's worst nightmare, having a sick child.

According to TMZ, the Love & Hip Hop star had to rush her and Fetty's one-year-old daughter, Alaiya to the hospital, where she underwent emergency brain surgery, over the weekend. Sources told the gossip site that Alexis first noticed something was wrong with Alaiya while on a flight from Atlanta to New York because she was excessively vomiting. The reality star reportedly sprung into action once the plane landed, rushing the little one, who suffers from hydrocephalus, a condition that causes bleeding and fluid in the brain, to the hospital where they found she needed a procedure to repair a malfunctioning implant in her brain that helps drain blood and fluids, TMZ reports.

The surgery is said to have gone well and Alaiya is now recovering. Both Fetty and Alexis are reportedly by her side.

On Sunday (January 27), Alexis asked her fans for their prayers on Instagram. "PRAYERS PLEASE for my baby," she wrote on her IG story. She later updated her followers writing: "Surgery went well thank you GOD."

As fans know, Alaiya was born 3 months premature, weighing only one pound, which contributed to her hydrocephalus condition.
