Ryan Adams was supposed to tour the UK and Ireland next month to support his new album Big Colors, but now neither of those things are happening.

On Friday (March 1), Ticketmaster Ireland released a statement view Twitter announcing that the singer-songwriter's upcoming tour dates had been canceled.

"The Ryan Adams UK & Ireland tour has been cancelled," the tweet reads. "Full refunds to ticket purchasers from authorised outlets will be processed by end of day on Monday. Please allow time for the repayment transaction to hit your account."

Though not explicitly stated, the cancelation is due to a recent New York Times exposé in which seven women, including Adams' ex-wife Mandy Moore and an underage fan, tell their stories of being emotionally and sexually assaulted by the indie star. Since the report was published, Big Colors and those close to the musician, including his guitarist and former drummer, have come forth to say they believe the victims and have witnessed the singer-songwriter conduct in troubling behavior.

Adams denied the allegations in a series of since-deleted tweets when the news broke but has been mum aside from that. The FBI is currently investigating the claims that Adams participated in inappropriate communication with a minor.
