Man Arrested For Omaha Bank Robbery

Omaha Police have arrested a man for the robbery of the West Gate Bank near 97th and Q in November and the attempted hold-up of the Mutual of Omaha Bank near 123rd and West Center in December.

26 year old Eduardo Quintero-Media was identified and located with information from a CrimeStoppers tip. He has been booked into Douglas County Corrections for Robbery and Attempted Robbery.

Employees of the West Gate Bank said a man approached the teller, handed her a note saying he had a gun and demanding money. While the man waited for the money he put on a pair of glasses. After receiving an undetermined amount of cash, he then fled on foot. 

At the Mutual of Omaha Bank witnesses stated a man entered the bank and gave an employee a note demanding cash. After another employee came over and asked if everything was ok, the suspect turned and fled on foot without receiving any money.
