Rochester Airport Ramada Plaza Hotel Facing Foreclosure

A hotel near the Rochester Airport is facing foreclosure proceedings. The owners of the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham owe more than $6 million for the mortgage and a business loan they received less than two years ago.

Court documents say the owners, F.M. Butt Hotels Corporation, stopped making payments last year. The hotel's pool and kitchen had previously been closed by the county health department over health and infestation issues.
