We've been eagerly anticipating Billie Eilish's debut full-length album ever since she dropped her Don't Smile at Me EP in 2017, and on Friday (March 29) she delivered with WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?. The 17-year-old has been teasing the album since January and gave fans a taste of what to expect with singles "bury a friend," "you should see me in a crown," and "when the party's over."
The full collection is just as stunning and chill-inducing as the singles that precede it. To celebrate the release, Eilish shared another single and video from the album, "Bad Guy." Watch the video below.
The anti-pop star wrote and recorded WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? with her brother Finneas O'Connell in their childhood home in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.
“Finneas and I like writing from other people’s perspectives," she explained during an interview with Rolling Stone. "Half the songs are fictional and half are things I was going through, and no one will ever know which is which.”
Next month, Eilish embarks on a sold out tour to support the album, beginning with sets at Coachella. Check out the WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? album art and tracklist below.
