Chrissy Teigen is getting real about her weight.

In a self Q&A on Twitter Saturday (Mach 30), the Cravings cookbook author addressed a question about her eating habits that she's asked all too frequently. "'how do you eat like this??' - basically I am 20 pounds heavier than I was before [giving birth to my son] miles," she began. "he's 10 months old, I never lost the last bit because I just love food too much." The mom-of-two added, "Just coming to terms with my new normal, when I had this certain number for so long!"

In a later tweet, Chrissy spoke about how she'd much rather have a few extra pounds than deal with the "depression" she faced after having her first child Luna. "the thinnest I've ever been was right after Luna. Postpartum depression," she wrote. I'LL TAKE THESE POUNDS AND THIS FEELING!"

Chrissy's body-positive tweets followed a night out with her husband John Legend, which she detailed on Twitter earlier in the day. "yesterday we went to Joy in Highland Park & ordered, I am serious, everything on the menu. then we went to donut friend across the street and had apple fritters," she wrote of their food choices. "then we went to somi somi for ice cream in k-town. then we went to Korean bbq. then I had a meatball sub at home."
