'Game of Thrones' Oreos Are Coming: Everything You Need To Know

Back in February, a popular food Instagram account @CandyHunting reported that Game of Thrones themed Oreos would be dropping sometime in the near future. The account shared a grainy imagine of the packaging, though, some of her followers remained skeptical.

"Yes, these are legit. The image is from a very reputable source. No, these are not just normal Oreos in a redesigned package. No, these are not exclusive to a particular store," @CandyHunting wrote. "Game of Thrones Oreos will be out sometime before the debut of the final season on April 14. I really want to see these built up in the opening sequence. Winterfell, King's Landing, Oreo package, the Wall... Or maybe Daenerys munching on some Oreos while riding Drogon."

Now, it's finally official. Just like winter, Game of Thrones Oreos are coming. "The most epic cookies of all time are here," the cookie brand shared on Instagram alongside a reimagining of the HBO drama's opening credits.

The limited-edition cookies will hit shelves on April 8, just in time for the highly anticipated season eight premiere. The GoT Oreos come in four designs inspired by the series including a dragon for Targaryens, wolf for the Starks, lion for the Lannisters, and a White Walker. Which one will you choose?
