Authorities in North Dakota are trying to identify the suspect in a quadruple homicide at the offices of a property management company in Mandan. Police were called to the office for a medical emergency early Monday (April 1) morning and were shocked to find the bodies of three men and one woman. Officials have not released many details about the case but did say that evidence at the scene leads them to believe the public is not at risk.

"It looks like an isolated incident," Mandan Police Chief Jason Ziegler said. "The crime scene is contained to where it's at, and there is no evidence based upon what we see that the public at large is in any danger from what happened there."

Two of the victims have been identified as Bill and Lois Cobb, a married couple who worked together at RJR Maintenance and Management. The other two victims have not been identified. Investigators are combing through the crime scene, which includes the office building and a large warehouse. They have also been pulling surveillance camera footage from other nearby businesses, hoping to see if they can identify any vehicles in the area during the time of the killings.

"It's quite a large crime scene, so it's not something that's going to be easy for us to get in and do quickly," Ziegler said.

Ziegler told the press that they do not have a suspect and have not determined the motive for the gruesome murders.

"These four people didn't do it themselves," Ziegler said.
