How to Prevent Your Phone From Tracking Your Favorite Locations

If you have been wondering why your iPhone keeps sending your notifications about the distance and time to get home or a random location throughout the day then you might need to be concerned!

Apple has admitted that their phones track a user's most-frequented locations to help them get there quicker while avoiding traffic, but in doing so your phones keep these locations saved.

It's pretty hard to find the specific setting to actually turn this off so we did the hard work and have listed how to remove the feature with our step-by-step instructions below:

• Go to your Settings app and locate the "Privacy" tab
• Click on "Location Services"
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and find "System Services"
• Toggle off the option at the top of the page
• Scroll to the bottom of this list to "Significant Locations," which requires your password to access
