Khalid Drops Second Album 'Free Spirit': Hear New Single 'Twenty One'

Khalid has released his sophomore album, Free Spirit. The Georgia-born musician unveiled his long-awaited follow-up to 2017's American Teen on Friday (April 5).

Among the tracks featured on the 17-song project include the lead single "Talk," produced by English electronic music duo Disclosure. Tunes like "My Bad," "Better," and Suncity bonus cut "Saturday Nights" also appear on Free Spirit, which also sees the R&B superstar tapping singer-songwriter John Mayer for "Outta My Head." Hours before dropping his second studio LP, Khalid premiered a new single on Thursday (April 4) called "Twenty One." (Listen below.)

Last week, Khalid announced he'd be supporting Free Spirit with his "Free Spirit World Tour," which goes into effect on June 20 at Gila River Arena in Phoenix, Arizona, and closes out at American Airlines Arena in Miami on August 17. "Flamin Hot Cheetos" pop star Clairo will join the artist's first headlining gig as a supporting act.
